How do I join the Chamber?

We have an online Membership application form located under Member Services/Join.  You can print out a copy, fill it in,  scan and email it or mail it to the Chamber office at PO Box 1049, Stayner, ON  L0M 1S0.

Once your application has been accepted by the Board at the next meeting, you will be contacted by our administrator to arrange payment for membership.

Can I renew my membership online?

Yes, using your credit card and our PayPal account.  Go to our Join Page and click on the appropriate box for your business type and it will take you to the payment options.

How do I make changes to my company information?

All changes can be done through your ShopStayner, ShopCollingwood or ShopBarrie control panel.  Log into your correct city site and click on “Edit Profile” and then the menu item that best describes the change you want to make.  As soon as you click on “Save”, the changes are made both on the Chamber website but also on the ShopStayner website.

Why are my changes made on ShopStayner.com?

The Clearview Chamber of Commerce partnered with ShopStayner to have this website built and to use their database and marketing tools.  By using the ShopStayner platform, changes made by you update your listing on both the Chamber site but also on the ShopCity site, saving you time.

What if I am not listed on ShopStayner, ShopWasaga, ShopCollingwood or ShopBarrie?

You can check on the sites first to see if you are listed.  Sometimes you have already been added either by the Chamber when you registered or by the ShopCity representative.  You may need to claim your listing to be able to add your business details if you haven’t done so already.

Can I add my business listing to more than one ShopCity site?

ShopCity limits your listings to the city of your physical location.  If you have multiple locations in different towns, then yes each location can be added to the correct town.

What if I can’t remember my login information?

If you can’t remember your password, there is a link that you can click on for “Forgot your password”.  Your password will be emailed to the email address on file for your account.

What if my email address has changed?  How do I change that?

You can contact Kelly@ShopStayner.com to correct your email address or click on the Chat Button at the bottom of the page and ask tech support to assist you.
